RvB is located in The Forge, a few jumps from Jita. In order to defend them a bit more effectively we selected areas close to home. Most of our members won't go more than 6 jumps for a fight, so we won't travel too much farther to defend POCOs. Unless we think we can get a fight.....
As for the specifc systems/planets that were picked, the smart people figured that out...
